Study on award winning Gram Panchayat | Udawas | Rajasthan

Udawas Gram Panchayat was one of the four Gram Panchayats in Rajasthan that was awarded Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Sashaktikaran Puraskar for the year 2019-20.

This case study is a result of data gathered through a short visit to the village in February 2021. Budgetary information was obtained from their firing of reports to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India. Video documentation was done through interview of key functionaries and visuals of physical assets created by the Gram Panchayat.
