Suguna Foods has completely changed the game for poultry farmers in India. This idea led to their contract farming model, which allowed thousands of small and medium farmers to run successful poultry businesses.
To ensure consistent quality and supply, Suguna built its own feed mills, hatcheries, and vaccine production units, reducing reliance on outside suppliers. They expanded to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Africa, proving that their model works beyond India.
Today, many Suguna farmers earn between ₹1–3 lakh a year, a significant boost compared to traditional farming. By offering stability, support, and financial security, Suguna has made poultry farming a viable and profitable livelihood. With plans for more expansion and tech-driven improvements, Suguna is set to remain a leader in the industry for years to come.
